Termes, conditions et garantie

1. Le client renonce expressément à ses propres conditions générales de vente, même si celles-ci ont été établies postérieurement aux présentes conditions générales de vente. Pour être valable, toute dérogation doit être expressément convenue au préalable par écrit.
2. Our invoices are payable within 21 working days, unless another payment timeframe is indicated on either the invoice or the order. In the event of non-payment by the due date, My Company reserves the right to request a fixed interest payment amounting to 10% of the sum remaining due. My Company will be authorized to suspend any provision of services without prior warning in the event of late payment.
3. If a payment is still outstanding more than sixty (60) days after the due payment date, My Company reserves the right to call on the services of a debt recovery company. All legal expenses will be payable by the client. 
   
4. My Company undertakes to do its best to supply performant services in due time in accordance with the agreed timeframes. However, none of its obligations can be considered as being an obligation to achieve results. My Company cannot under any circumstances, be required by the client to appear as a third party in the context of any claim for damages filed against the client by an end consumer.
5. In order for it to be admissible, My Company must be notified of any claim by means of a letter sent by recorded delivery to its registered office within 8 days of the delivery of the goods or the provision of the services.
6. La garantie ce limite au montant de l’usinage facturé. La garantie des pièces se limite à ceux du manufacturier. Aucun retour de pieces accepté si l'emballage est ouverte ou abimé et si la pièce est en provenance usa. Frais de 20% + transport pour retour si accepté. Aucune garantie sur les pièces et machinage de performance (tout ce qui est non standard oem). Les pièces doivent toujours êtres nettoyé avant l'installation final. /The warranty is limited to the amount of invoiced machining. The parts warranty is limited to those of the manufacturer. No return of parts accepted if the packaging is open or damaged and if the part is from the USA. 20% fee + freight for return if accepted. No warranty on all performance parts and machining. (everything that is not oem standard size). Parts always need to be clean before final installation. Frais d'intérêt 20% par mois pour factures impayées.   
7. Veuillez prendre note que nous ne sommes pas responsables des dommages pouvant survenir durant le transport, et que tout dommage lié à l'expédition annulera automatiquement la garantie. Il relève de la responsabilité du client de gérer directement tout litige avec le transporteur. STP1958 n'assume aucune responsabilité concernant les dommages liés au transport, les réclamations de fret ou les coûts associés à un tel problème/ Please be aware that we are not responsible for any damage that may occur during transport, and shipping damage will automatically void the warranty. It is the customer's responsibility to handle any freight issues directly with the carrier. STP1958 assumes no liability for transport damage or freight claim procedures and cost related an issue.
8. Please note that our policy strictly requires the engine to remain assembled for any warranty claim.
   Unauthorized disassembly voids the warranty.
